Redwood Hospitality Resources was founded by Scott Nail. Scott has over 30 years of senior level restaurant industry experience. He has served as a General Manager, Area Manager, Director of Operations, V.P. of Operations, and as a National Chain Franchisee.
Our program was developed in Upper Arlington, Ohio in 2005. Since that time we have grown throughout the State of Ohio and into Southeastern Michigan.
Our leadership team is comprised of over a dozen individuals with over 5 years of concession experience that are all focused on solving your specific concession challenges. We look forward to being of service!

Entry level and management positions in the concession operation are available at several local public pools/parks. We offer the perfect summer schedule...very flexible, great pay, great environment, and an awesome experience! Full-time or Part-time. Positions run from approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day. There are some limited hours available at the beginning of the season...April thru May. We are able to work with your return home/return to school schedule needs. Most of our staff is with us for 3-4 years before moving on to post-graduation careers.
We are capable of structuring individual internship programs in a variety of Business disciplines...please feel free to explore your options!
